Atelier Zébulon Perron proudly introduces Hav & Mar, a multicultural culinary destination located in the Starrett-Lehigh building in New York City's renowned Chelsea arts district. Hav & Mar marks the second collaboration between Atelier Zébulon Perron and Marcus Samuelsson, the Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised, world-renowned chef who honed his skills in New York City's eclectic culinary scene.

The interior of the 125-seat restaurant aims to capture the rich landscapes of the chef's Ethiopian and Swedish heritage through a juxtaposition of raw materials, shapes, and colors, where honey-colored plywood slats and silky marbles are juxtaposed against rugged stucco walls and earth-toned fabrics.
