With its warm and sensual atmosphere, Bar Les Cousins was designed to become an ideal venue for happy hour and beyond, both for hotel guests and local patrons alike. 

Upon entering, guests are welcomed in an open space with soaring ceilings.  Suspended greenery, cleverly incorporated into light fixtures, meander through the space overhead, permeating the bar/restaurant with a lounge-like outdoor sensibility.  To transform the linear, hanger-like space, the Atelier incorporated wooden floors, a circuitous plush, red banquette, amber tones with copper accents, soft screens, and eye-level plantings, each successfully nodding toward an understated visual interest and aiding this already unexpected intimacy throughout.

True to the Atelier's style, the concept which integrates both vintage and contemporary inspirations makes ample use of noble materials such as coppery brass, real wood, marble and velvet, with a rich palette of colours including burgundy, forest green and old rose. The hanging vegetation filters a soft light at the end of the day thus enveloping the 60-seat space.  Throning at the center, the oval bar is lively, while its podium, surrounded by a bench, more intimate and tucked away.
