Spineless Chair

Dispossessed of its spine, the chair is cut down the middle splitting it into two hemispheres. With only the most essential connection points remaining, they confer both its strength and fragility. The chair embodies this relationship and its inherent tension.

The Canadian Creators Collective and Curator Nicolas Bellavance-Lecompte present FICTIONS, an immersive virtual experience featuring works by eight local designers: Atelier Zébulon Perron, Claste Collection, David Umemoto, Lambert &Fils, Loïc Bard, Pascale Girardin, SSSVLL and Yannick Pouliot.

The setting, reminiscent of 70s sci-fi will take the viewer into a multi-sensorial experience through compelling imagery and video footage by Pierre-Alexandre Guay and Director of Photography Alex Lesage, state-of-the-art technology and original soundscapes by composer Philippe Brault.
